- The motor torque is verified to see whether the required torque is satisfied.
- From required motor torque: T = D/2 x F, T = 0.0525 x 2 = 0.1N·m

Other Design Consideration
- The dancer mechanism part is arranged to be compact and fit in a space equivalent to the sheet roll diameter.
When the position of the dancer roll is detected by the sensors, the workpiece feed is turned off and when its up its turned on.
