Damps vibration more quickly than a flexible coupling using metal for the elastic part.This makes it possible to inhibit resonance, a phenomenon which tends to occur with stepper motors, etc. Helps avoid resonance over a wide range of operating speeds. Provides stable high speed control.Furthermore, by using a layered rubber element sandwiched between HNBR with different levels of hardness, the shaft reaction force due to misalignment is reduced. The burden on the counter shaft and bearing can be reduced drastically.
