Available in aluminum, oxygen-free copper, oxygen-free silver-plated copper, and nickel.· The dimensions are interchangeable for use in ICF flange seals.· Preparation of separate seals is not required—even when using a mixture of ICF and CeFiX® systems (ICF gaskets cannot be used in the CeFiX® systems.)· Non-knife edge sealing method. Therefore, the metal seals can be used repeatedly about 10 times.· Supports ultra-low temperatures.· The nickel seals can withstand temperatures up to 450℃ MAX.· Usable in radiation-resistant areas.· Supports ultra-high vacuum down to 10-9 Pa.· Pressurized nickel seals can support up to 30 MPa.· These are also useable in ICF flanges.

  Aluminum Seal NW 16-63

  Misumi offers a range of reassuring and reliable Evac brands.[Features]· Elastomer seal for large diameter NW80–NS250.· The standard configuration only features an inner center ring, but there is an optional outer ring.· The inner ring is made of aluminum, stainless steel (SUS316L), or fluoropolymer.· Kalrez® O-ring: Withstands temperatures of up to 315℃.· Evac Viton® O-ring: Withstands temperatures of up to 200℃.· Can be used up to high vacuum of 10-7 Pa.· The inner ring clamp also prevents excessive torque.· Standardization of fluoropolymer guide ring and FEP O-ring type for high corrosion resistant applications.· The FEP O-ring withstands environments with temperatures between -50°C and 200°C.· Use the optional outer ring for high pressure applications.

  Misumi offers a range of reassuring and reliable Evac brands.[Features]· The elastomer seal is a standard sealing part for NW/KF piping.· Outer center rings with high corrosion resistance and high-pressure support as well as inner center rings which are suitable for use in high temperature and high vacuum environments.· Guide rings in fluoropolymer, aluminum, or stainless steel (SUS316L).· Standardization of fluoropolymer guide ring and FEP O-ring type for high corrosion resistant applications.· The FEP O-ring withstands environments with temperatures between -50°C and 200°C.· Evac Viton® O-rings can withstand temperatures of up to 200℃ continuously.· Can be used for vacuum of 10-7 Pa.· Can be used in pressures of up to 2 MPa.· The inner ring and outer ring also prevent excessive torque on the clamp.
