Product Description

The EZS Series is a compact, high stiffness, simple dust-proof electric slider.
Equipped with AlphaStep AZ Series and AR Series in the motor part. High response, low vibration, and movement without hunting, which are unique to stepper motors, are realized with an electric slider.

・ Simple dust-proof structure prevents foreign object from entering and suppresses dust generation

*1 モーターケーブルの引き出し方向は、90°ごとの4方向に変更が可能です。
*2 押し当て原点復帰時は、テーブルがメカ限界位置まで移動します。
*3 オプション（別売）のセンサセット使用時は、原点位置が異なります。
*4 ［］は電磁ブレーキ付の値です。

上図は、クリーンルーム対応の場合となります。ストレートタイプの場合は吸引継手がありません。
