·A compact type with a low cross-sectional height, ideal for horizontal guides due to the ball contact structure that is resistant to loads in the radial direction
·Since it is an automatic adjustment type that can absorb the parallelism of the 2 axes and the accuracy error of the level reasonably, high precision and smooth movement can be obtained
·The return part of each ball row is designed so that balls circulate smoothly by the guide part of the end plate, so a rolling motion with a small sound can be obtained
·Even with respect to preload and eccentric load, the differential slip of the ball is small, it has excellent abrasion resistance, and it is possible to maintain accuracy for a long period of time
·LM blocks, LM rails, and balls can be handled with stainless steel
·Even if the LM block is pulled out from the LM rail, the ball is held by the holding plate and will not fall off

- Length Max indicates the standard maximum length of the LM rail.
Allowable static moment *:
- 1 pc.: Static permissible moment in 1 LM block
- 2 pcs. in close contact: Static permissible moment when 2 LM blocks are in close contact
Block overall length dimension L:
- The block overall length L shown in the dimension table is the dimension when the dust-proof symbol is UU or SS. If other dust-proof parts or lubrication devices are installed, the overall block length L will increase.
- The symbol M in the nominal model number indicates that the material of the LM block, LM rail and ball is stainless steel.
Stainless steel products have excellent corrosion resistance and environmental resistance.
*2) 2 types of rails with different mounting hole dimensions are available for SR15 type and 25 type.
