Top quality pulley with materials, machining and balance accuracy exceeding JIS standards (JIS B1854 - 1987 "General Used V-Pulleys." Guaranteed imbalance tolerance on the outer circumference of 0.1% the pulley mass. Surface treated with a coating to improve corrosion resistance and provide a beautiful finish.
Balance
Imbalance mass allowance on the outer circumference is 0.1% or 1 g of the pulley mass, whichever is larger. At a circumferential speed of 15 m/s, this corresponds to G16 of the JIS B 0905 "Rotating Machines - Balance Quality of Rigid Rotors."
