MISUMI
A guide roller used for vertical applications. Since it incorporates rollers and cantilever pins, the time and effort required to arrange parts and assembly can be reduced. You can choose the material of the roller from steel (equivalent to S45C), stainless steel (SUS304), and aluminum (aluminum alloy). Please refer to the specification table for the specifications of retaining rings. The bearings are press-fitted into the rollers. You can specify the length of the cantilever pin in 1mm increments using additional machining (NC).

Vertical Guide Rollers-Urethane
MISUMI
urethane-lined guide roller used for vertical applications. The rollers are lined, so they can be transported without damaging the workpiece. Since it incorporates rollers and cantilever pins, the effort of arranging parts and assembling can be reduced. You can choose the material of the roller core from stainless steel (SUS304) or aluminum (aluminum alloy). The hardness of urethane (natural color) is Shore A90. A90 is an ether-based urethane. Please refer to the specification table for the specifications of retaining rings. The bearings are press-fitted into the rollers. You can specify the length of the cantilever pin in 1mm increments using additional machining (NC).
