Pilot-operated diaphragm valves for an excellent pressure stability to tolerate varying flow rates. *The CAD data for this series is being revised. This data will be made available as soon as the modifications have been completed.[Features]· When the vacuum pressure is regulated by rotating the handle, the compressive force of the pressure regulating spring does not directly act on the main valve diaphragm. Instead, only the vacuum pilot pressure kept constant by the upper (pilot) part of the main body acts on the main valve diaphragm.· As a result, if the flow rate increases due to usage condition requirements, the changes in the amount of force applied by the pressure regulating spring do not influence the operating stroke of the main valve diaphragm. This reduces the fluctuations in vacuum pressure and helps achieve a stable flow rate.· Also, the vacuum pilot type helped achieve compactness and lightness by eliminating the need of setting the pressure regulating spring according to the size of the main valve diaphragm
