Contact MISUMI for more information about Evac.[Features]· Dedicated elastomer seal used with Evac Glass™ glass piping parts .· The 2 mm thickness type is used for connecting two glass pipes, while the 3 mm type is used for connections between glass pipes and general metal pipes.· The elastomer seal for Evac Glass™ can withstand pressurization up to 0.2 MPa.· Withstands vacuums down to 10-7 Pa (FEP handles 10-4 Pa).· Can be used for ultra-pure applications via combination with quartz flanges.· Evac Viton® can be used continuously at 200℃.· Guide is an outer-center ring made of fluoropolymer.· FEP can be used at low temperatures of -50°C.

  Misumi offers a range of reassuring and reliable Evac brands.[Features]· The elastomer seal is a standard sealing part for NW/KF piping.· Outer center rings with high corrosion resistance and high-pressure support as well as inner center rings which are suitable for use in high temperature and high vacuum environments.· Guide rings in fluoropolymer, aluminum, or stainless steel (SUS316L).· Standardization of fluoropolymer guide ring and FEP O-ring type for high corrosion resistant applications.· The FEP O-ring withstands environments with temperatures between -50°C and 200°C.· Evac Viton® O-rings can withstand temperatures of up to 200℃ continuously.· Can be used for vacuum of 10-7 Pa.· Can be used in pressures of up to 2 MPa.· The inner ring and outer ring also prevent excessive torque on the clamp.
