Tips (for Drills)（Coating Type：Other）

Inserts (for drills) are replacement parts that are attached to the tip of an indexable drill and cut objects. They are tools that can be attached to a machining center or milling machine to drill holes in metal, etc. Tools with replaceable cutting edges are called throwaways, which can easily be replaced to regain initial performance if the insert becomes worn or damaged. Inserts (for drills) are often made of cemented carbide, and many inserts are coated to increase heat and abrasion resistance. Select the diameter to be drilled from the inserts (for drill) compatible with the holder to be used, then based on tip material and blade edge shape characteristics, select a suitable work material such as aluminum, cast iron, general steel, stainless steel or high hardness steel, and whether there is an oil hole, etc. in accordance with the operating environment.
