    • Each unit has two channels of high-speed input terminals and up to 200 kHz high-speed counting is possible. 2-phase counter can count multiplication by 1, by 2, by 4.
    • Open collector (5, 12 or 24 V DC) or differential line driver (equivalent to AM26C31) output type encoder or sensor can be connected to the input. 16 or 32-bit counter mode can be selected, and multiplication can be specified to the 2-phase counter.
    • The input/output signal connections are made through connectors. Connectors "FX-I/O-CON2-S and FX-I/O-CON2-SA" can be used. (Wiring cable must be provided by customer.)

    Count ModeAutomatic up/down
(The counting direction of the 1-phase 1 input counter is determined by the following command)
    [H/W up/down]
Counts up/down by OFF/ON of the A-phase input terminal.
    [S/W up/down]
Counts up/down by the current value (K0/K1) of BFM #1, #41.
Matching Output (Comparison)When the current value of the counter and the comparison setting match, the comparison output is set (ON) within 30 μs, and is cleared (OFF) within 100 μs by the reset command.
