A speed controller with a cushion function that features a built-in shock absorbing capability, with no shock absorber required.
[Features]
・ A speed controller / throttle valve that can increase the cycle time if it has the same cushioning properties as before.
・ Adjustable cushion stroke.
・ It is possible to apply the cushion at a position where the shock absorber does not reach (intermediate stop of the cylinder).
・ It allows the same control as cylinders with shock absorbers. ()
・ It achieves two-step adjustment of exhaust flow rate. By using the second stage for cushioning, control similar to that of a shock absorber is possible.
・ Three times more durable than a shock absorber. It needs less maintenance and helps reduce costs.
