Disc Springs also known as belleville spring are an economy item, The price is cheaper than the MISUMI standard product.They offer a wide variety of sizes to choose from.

Disc springs are utilized in bolted joints to maintain the desired preload force.

Disc Springs Product Overview

Overview
The Disc Springs is a cone -shaped disc-like spring that is made by drilling the center of a disc. Unlike conventional springs, it has special functions.
Capable of withstanding large loads with small deformation, it features short stroke, less space, easy combination, maintenance and replacement, enhanced level of economy and safety, and long service life.
Meanwhile, it is also considered as a spring that is difficult to design. When used in a stacked manner, a slight dimensional difference may impose great impact on the load, and cause a reversed relationship between displacement and load.

1. Large stiffness, strong shock absorbing and vibration absorption ability, bearing large load with small deformation, and suitable for small axial space requirements
2. This spring has variable stiffness.
3. Using the same disc spring with different combinations can make the spring characteristics change in a large range
It can be used in different combinations, such as parallel overlapping, in-line combination, or parallel and in-line combination.

* When the stroke of the Disc Springs is greater than 75%, the load increase will be limited, but it has a great impact on its service life. Therefore, its optimal operating range is between 10~75% of its maximum displacement.
* When Disc Springss are used in combination, a guide rod or guide sleeve is required for the inner diameter or outer diameter, and the spring shape may change with the compression, so it is important to consider the gap between the spring and the guide part.
