Fittings for Stainless Steel Pipes（Nominal of Thread：2 1/2B）

Stainless steel pipe fittings are parts for connecting stainless steel pipes and connecting to equipment. Stainless steel is characterized by its excellent corrosion resistance and is widely used in general buildings, food equipment and chemical equipment. There are several types of connection methods for fittings for stainless steel pipes. The compression type is a method in which a sleeve is crimped on a pipe and connected, and is also suitable for connecting different kinds of pipes such as a combination of stainless steel pipes and copper pipes. The double ferrule method requires less torque for tightening and does not require special tools. It may be easy to remove and reuse the fittings. Since it is compatible with water and air, as well as chemicals and oil, it is used in scientific equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The elmet type has a structure in which the edge of the sleeve bites into the piping and can seal high-pressure fluid. Piping is possible simply by cutting the pipe and tightening it with a nut, thus reducing the number of work steps.

A highly reliable fitting with superb corrosion and heat resistance that makes full use of the special lightweight and strong characteristics of stainless steel piping.[Features]· Zlok® is a mechanical pipe fitting that has been developed for stainless steel piping.· A highly reliable fitting with superb corrosion and heat resistance that makes full use of the special lightweight and strong characteristics of stainless steel piping.· The packing has stable long term sealing properties due to its structure in which the appropriate pressure is applied to the surface.· The packing is made using a fluorine rubber material with superior durability, heat resistance, and resistance against aqueous chlorine that satisfies leaching standards when it is used as a water supply device.· Because the connector between the pipe and the fitting has a tapered surface and is tightened using a nut, a stronger connecting force is achieved via the "wedge effect".· The packing does not have to be removed from the fitting while laying pipe.· Furthermore, because piping cannot be done unless the pipe ends are expanded, the pipes do not fall out.· Loose pipes can be found easily using a unique indicator that distinguishes between hand tightened and fully tightened pipes.· If you have forgotten to perform the final tightening, liquids will leak from fittings during pressure tests, informing you that further tightening is required.· Expanded pipes can be easily corrected after setting using the automatic device.· The pipe can easily be supported and secured in place as the connecting part between the pipe and the fitting is not prone to wobbling.
