Silencers
A silencer is a component that reduces exhaust noise, suppresses displacement volume, and cleans. Silencer materials include resin, brass, and stainless steel. Resin is small and lightweight. The metal is resistant to impact and can be used in high temperature and high pressure environments. Suitable for use in industry as a whole due to weldability. Products with an integrated throttle valve can control the exhaust flow rate. Food grade lubricant oils are used in products for the food manufacturing process. Plastic products do not need to be discarded separately, reducing environmental impact. Uses a push lock mechanism to improve needle lock workability. By using an exhaust filter for a cleanroom, it is possible to reduce the exhaust piping space and piping man-hours of equipment in the cleanroom. The silencer needs to calculate the exhaust flow rate of the equipment to be installed and make an appropriate selection.
