· Antibacterial stainless-steel products belonging to this series have an antibacterial effect that is inherent in the material itself.
· This antibacterial action is safe, using the effect of copper ions.
· Can be stacked without damaging the contents, dramatically improving work efficiency.
[Applications]
· Prioritizing hygiene, and preventing food-poisoning originating in containers, tableware and utensils, at research facilities, food processing plants, kitchens, medical and care facilities and nursing homes for the elderly.
· Optimal for sites practicing the rigorous hygiene control required under ISO 15161, 22000 and HACCP.
[Caution]
· In antibacterial stainless steel products, the antibacterial effect only works on bacteria adhering to the metal surface. It cannot be used to purify water or to sterilize the food itself.
· If the surface of the product is soiled, or acquires a film of grease, its antibacterial power will decrease. When caring for the product, wash it well.
· Never place the product on direct heat, and never heat it while empty.
