· Main body uses special steel with strong vibration/impact resistance.
· Both male and female thread types available. Works with hydraulic equipment and has low levels of pressure loss.
· Main coupler unit uses heat-treated special steel.
· Effective especially for shock resistance against impulse pressure.
· Prevents fluid out of flow at separation with the equipped automatic opening and closing valve on both socket and plug.
· Moreover, this is easy to handle.
· In addition to the female screw types, male screw types (taper screw, parallel screw male sheet, and parallel screw female sheet) are available.
▪ The male screw type is particularly effective for carrying out installation on hydraulic equipment.
▪ Parallel screw type can support both metal seal or O-ring seal. (O-ring used is commercially available) HSP-DC coupler is separately used for application of diecast machine where pressure variation is severe.
▪ Length of male type screw becomes smaller compared with the overall length when male type conversion nipple (commercially available) is mounted in female type screw.
▪ As for 2HS to 8HS type (excluding 66HS) of socket for mounting the male screw, PL type with stopper is separately available.
