Example of Use Solenoid Valves
Solenoid Valves Precautions
・Before installation, blow off the dust, oil, debris and other particles in the pipe in order not to affect the valve action and damage the valve.
・During installation, make sure that the valve conforms to technical requirements regarding "voltage", "operating frequency", "operating voltage", "operating temperature range”, etc.
・Please pay attention to the direction of air flow during installation.
・Before use, please insert the pipe to the end and confirm that it cannot be pulled out.
・When connecting the pipe, please make sure that the wrapped seal tape does not exceed the end face of the joint thread, and the dust, iron fillings and other dirt in the pipe joint are removed to prevent impurities or foreign objects from entering the valve body.
・ When commissioning the whole machine, it is recommended to perform commissioning manually first, and then do it automatically after power-on.
・During installation, the vibration direction can be adjusted to a right angle to the action direction of the solenoid valve stem (axial) to avoid the influence of vibration on the solenoid valve stem.
・To prevent condensed water and oil from flowing into the coil of the solenoid valve, it is preferred to install the coil upward or laterally.
