Taking CMH13 for example, the force and load on the front end of the micrometer head is about 19.2N (about 2kgf). In addition, the upper limit of the thrust (pressure) that the CMH13 can withstand is also about 19.2N (about 2kgf). Please be careful when using.
Question:Question: Why is the micrometer head is prone to rusting after being used for a period of time?
Answer:Answer: The surface of the knob of the micrometer head is hard chromium plated. This process has a large number of fine pores in the plating layer. When leaving the factory, our company uses anti-rust oil to seal the pores. During use, if the customer does not wear gloves, turn the knob directly by hand, the anti-rust oil will be consumed during this process, and rust will easily occur after a period of time.
It is recommended that the customer wears gloves during use, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of rust.

Answer:Answer: This product is only used as a position adjusting component, not a measuring tool. Therefore, the measurement accuracy is not indicated. Please be careful during selection.
Question:Question: Can hex lock nuts be replaced with standard hex bolts?
Answer:Answer: You can replace by yourself. The hole size of this lock nut is M3*P0.5. After replacement, attention should be paid to ①. Whether it interferes with other parts after assembly. ②. Only manual locking will lead to a decrease in locking force.
