Theo Nghị định 44/2023/NĐ-CP, kể từ ngày 01/07/2023 đến ngày 31/12/2023, các doanh nghiệp, đơn vị, hộ cá nhân kinh doanh chính thức áp dụng chính sách giảm thuế mới với mức thuế suất thuế GTGT giảm từ 10% xuống còn 8%.

Tuy nhiên, do đặc điểm hệ thống MISUMI, các sản phẩm vẫn hiển thị thuế suất 10% trên báo giá.

Để khắc phục giới hạn trên, đồng thời đảm bảo tuân thủ chính sách thuế của chính phủ, MISUMI sẽ chủ động tra cứu mặt hàng áp dụng thuế suất 8% để xuất hóa đơn GTGT tương ứng vào ngày xuất hàng.

Trong trường hợp cần giá chuẩn, MISUMI khuyến nghị quý khách dùng giá trước thuế (hiển thị trên báo giá).

Notice of the 8% tax rate change from July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

Dear our valued customer, 

According to Decree 44/2023/ND-CP, from July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, businesses, business units, and business households will officially be applied a new tax reduction policy at the VAT rate reduced from 10% to 8%.

However, due to the characteristics of the MISUMI system, the products still show the 10% tax rate on the quotation. In order to resolve the above limit and ensure compliance with the government's tax policy, MISUMI will be responsible for looking up the products subject to the new tax policy and issue the corresponding VAT invoice on the date of shipment.

In case a standard price is required, MISUMI recommends that you use the pre-tax price (shown on the quotation).
