Từ ngày 01/10/2025, MISUMI Việt Nam sẽ chính thức sử dụng địa chỉ mới (địa chỉ sau sáp nhập) cho việc giao và nhận hàng hóa.

Để đảm bảo việc giao và nhận hàng diễn ra thuận lợi, kính mong Quý Khách hàng cập nhật thông tin địa chỉ mới theo các cách sau:

Cách 1: Tự cập nhật địa chỉ mới trực tiếp trên website MISUMI theo hướng dẫn dưới đây:

• Bước 1: Truy cập vào website: https://vn.misumi-ec.com/
• Bước 2: Kéo xuống cuối trang, click vào "Yêu cầu"

• Bước 3: Điền đầy đủ thông tin yêu cầu đổi địa chỉ giao hàng và chọn "Agreement Policy and Next"

• Bước 4: Sau khi check đúng thông tin, vui lòng nhấn "Send" để gửi thông tin

Cách 2: Gửi thông tin địa chỉ mới cho MISUMI Việt Nam qua email: cs@misumi.com.vn hoặc qua kênh Zalo OA: https://zalo.me/misumivietnam/

Việc điều chỉnh kịp thời sẽ giúp tối ưu thời gian vận chuyển và hạn chế rủi ro lạc tuyến cho đơn vị vận chuyển.

[Notice] Update of Official Address for Delivery and Receipt of Goods from October 1, 2025

Dear Customer,

Starting from October 1, 2025, MISUMI Vietnam will officially use a new address (post-merger address) for the delivery and receipt of goods.

To ensure convenient logistics operations, we kindly request our customers to update the new address using one of the following methods:

Option 1: Update the new address directly on MISUMI's website following the below instructions:

• Step 1: Visit the website: https://vn.misumi-ec.com/
• Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Inquiry"

• Step 3: Fill in all required information for the delivery address change request and select "Agreement Policy and Next".

• Step 4: After verifying the information, please click "Send" to submit.

Option 2: Send your updated address information to MISUMI Vietnam via email at cs@misumi.com.vn or through our Zalo Official Account at https://zalo.me/misumivietnam/.

Timely updates will help optimize delivery time and reduce the risk of misrouting by the logistics provider.
