- As the tip bit has a broad contact area with the ring, it can securely retain the ring without warping it. With a slim shaped head, work in narrow spaces is possible. A slip-prevention coating has been applied to the handle's plastic coating. The body is made of a hot-forged chrome vanadium electric steel. The spring is built into the joint and so is protected.

The straight head end tip is made of a tough, special spring steel. The tool life is more than 10 times that of general snap ring pliers. It uses a screw joint and moves very smoothly. The forged body results in exceptional sturdiness.
