Product Description
A tape coated with a heat-resistant silicone adhesive based on a Kapton (polyimide) film, which has excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance.
[Features]
・ It is ideal for insulation of electronic devices and parts that require heat resistance, heat resistant masking, splicing of heat resistant films, and component transportation in heat resistant processes.
・ Uses a silicone adhesive with excellent high-temperature heat resistance.
・ Silicone adhesives have the property that adhesive residue does not easily occur even if they are peeled off again.
・ UL standard certified product. (File No. E56086)
・ Flame retardance UL510 Flame retardant UL temperature rating 200°C
[Applications]
・ For insulation and fixing of places where heat is applied or where thinness is required
・ For splicing heat-resistant film and TAB (film circuit board)
・ As masking tape for high temperature dry painting and solder plating
・ For transportation of heat-resistant parts
