Assembly method

Please check that all the contents of the package are complete before assembling.

• * In the unlikely event that any part is missing, please notify the place of purchase immediately.
• * "Warning label" is included. Paste it on the front of the shelf board.
• *Please prepare two sleepers. Easy to assemble and reduces damage to products and floors.
• * When assembling, be sure to wear gloves and other protective equipment.

1. Assembling the column frame
Place the two columns with the base plates attached on the floor facing each other, and insert the middle shelf brackets.
Fit the bottom row into the 3rd and 5th square holes from the bottom.
For 50mm pitch: For the mounting position of the middle shelf bracket, fit the bottom shelf into the second and third square holes from the bottom.

• * The corner hole of the post is trapezoidal, and the short side should be facing down.

2. Attaching the beam
Stand the left and right pillar frames and insert the beam from the bottom so as to connect the two.
After hitting firmly with a wooden hammer, etc., insert the lock pin. The same goes for the upper level.

3. Fit the ceiling bracket into the first square hole from the ceiling bracket mounting post. This completes the shelf frame.
Check vertical and horizontal.

4. Mounting the shelf board Insert
the shelf board from the front while tilting it.

5. Complete by sticking a "warning display sticker" where it is easy to see.

Cautions/Prohibitions

• Do not place loads exceeding the maximum load capacity.
  It is dangerous if the shelf tilts or the shelf plate bends. Be sure to affix the included “warning display sticker” and follow the instructions.
• Do not place it in an unstable place.
  Otherwise, the shelf may topple over or the load may fall, resulting in injury.
• Do not step on it or climb on it.
  There is a risk of injury due to overturning, damage to the shelf board, or slipping. Be sure to affix the included “warning display sticker” and follow the instructions.
• Assembly follows the procedure in the assembly/instruction manual.
  Failure to do so may cause parts to come loose or fall during assembly, resulting in injury.
• Do not put heavy luggage on the upper shelf.
  Please put heavy luggage on the lower bunk. The shelf may tip over and cause injury.
• Do not put your fingers in the gaps such as the seams of the shelves.
  There is a risk of injury from the cut surface or corners of the mounting holes.
• Do not store loosely.
  You may lose your balance and the shelf may tip over, resulting in injury.
• Do not place luggage on the top shelf.
  Otherwise, the shelf may topple over or the load may fall, resulting in injury.
• Deformation - Do not use while damaged.
  Tipping - A fall can cause injury.
• Do not modify, forcefully repair, or disassemble the product.
  Incorrect installation of parts may cause the shelf to disassemble and tip over, resulting in injury.
  Also, there is a risk of injury from cut surfaces.
• Do not place near fire.
  Doing so may cause burns or fire.
• Do not use the product outdoors or in places where it may get wet. Also, shelves that do not store wet items
  may corrode and collapse.
• When dismantling and relocating, follow the assembly-instruction manual.
  Incorrect installation of parts may cause the shelf to disassemble and tip over, resulting in injury.
• Do not use the shelf board upside down.
  Fingers, etc., may be caught on the folded portion and injured.
• If the load is concentrated, the load-bearing capacity will be halved. Be sure to distribute the load evenly.
