Achieves an input sampling cycle of 50 times/second, 12.5× that of the manufacturer's conventional products.
In addition to improving the responsiveness of judgment output and transmission output, measurement stability is enhanced by averaging processing.
An external event input enables use in a wide range of measurement judgment applications
Expanded range of applications such as inspection/judgment applications synchronized with external signals, etc.
Short body size with depth (under neck) of 95 mm
Shortened body with a depth of 95 mm.
Contributes to thinner and more compact control panels and equipment.
Usage example 1) Test line for gas appliances
Check the combustion state during gas appliance inspection processes.
In the gas appliance inspection process, the combustion state of the gas is detected through a non-contact temperature sensor and is displayed by the temperature panel meter. That temperature is sent to the meter to be recorded through linear output.
Usage example 2) Copying machine roller temperature change measurement
Roller surface temperature is measured without contact, and temperature changes are monitored.
Roller surface temperature is detected by non-contact temperature sensor ES1B, then displayed and measured by the temperature digital panel meter. Roller characteristics can also be inspected by utilizing multi-stage output in accordance with temperature changes.
Usage example 3) Molding machine temperature indication alarm
Molding machine temperature state is displayed and monitored.
Temperature state of the molding machine is detected by the temperature sensor. Temperature is monitored by the temperature panel meter of the equipped position meter for the bar graph display, which allows the operating state to be intuitively grasped by switching between 2 colors (red and green). Alarm output is used when there are temperature abnormalities.
