Product Features
Feature 1: There is a wide range of options for inner and outer diameters and thickness, and for the L dimension configurable type, the thickness can be specified in 0.1mm increments.
Feature 2: High-precision products made by cutting and machining can realize high-precision spatial adjustment. For precision grade products, an L dimension tolerance of ±0.01mm can be guaranteed.
Feature 3: Depending on the design requirements, there are three types of optional materials: general structural steel or carbon steel, alloy tool steel or bearing steel, and SUS420J2.
Feature 4: For products made of general structural steel or carbon steel and alloy tool steel or bearing steel, there are two types of optional surface treatment: ferroferric oxide protective film and electroless nickel plating.

Usage Method

Precautions
①When D=16 or less, chamfer C is 0.1-0.2.
When D=20 or more, chamfer C is 0.5 or less.
②When the relative humidity of the operating environment is high and certain anti-rust ability is required, please choose products with surface treatment of electroless nickel plating or products made of SUS3 stainless steel.
③When the operating environment requires certain abrasion resistance and hardness for metal collars, give priority to metal washer hardened products.
When D=20 or more, chamfer C is 0.5 or less.
