    Product Overview
    The locating pin is used for the spatial positioning in the directions of X and Y axes, mainly using the workpiece hole as the positioning benchmark or used in conjunction with bushings. The small head spherical tapped type is easy to assemble and disassemble, and effectively ensures that the workpiece is smoothly guided into the positioning position.

    Feature 2: The head is available in round and diamond types. The freely specified type is rich in specifications.
    Feature 3: Optional material: iron (alloy tool steel or bearing steel); austenitic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel, suitable for positioning of various workpieces.

    ③Reference value for thread mounting torque The tightening torque (reference value) is the strength class (8.8) in the technical data Torque Reference Table, and the tightening state lasts for more than 24 hours. Not applicable when using locking agents or spring washers.

    ①The combination of round and diamond types in the fixture enables more accurate positioning in A direction and reduction of the mating hole pitch error in B direction.
    ②Of the 2 locating pins, the cylindrical shape is taken as reference for 1 locating pin, and the cut-flat position on the round shape (diamond type) in the direction of the center distance of the two holes is taken as reference for the other, which enables mounting/dismounting operations and ensures positioning accuracy.
    ③Taking advantage of the different heights of the 2 locating pins, insert the tall pin for pre-positioning and then the short pin for precise positioning.
