Metal Washers For Flat Head Bolt

It is generally used as a component that is cushioned at the workpiece connector and plays a role of precise adjustment of the clearance on the cushioned part.
It can also be used to protect the surface of the connected part from being scratched by the nut and disperse the pressure generated by the nut on the connected part.

When E=T, V thickness is 0, so the roundness cannot be guaranteed.

①When D=16 or less, chamfer C is 0.2 or less.
When D=20 or more, chamfer C is 0.5 or less.
②Metal washer is a turned product, not a stamped part.
③When the relative humidity of the operating environment is high and certain anti-rust ability is required, please choose products with electroless nickel plating surface treatment or stainless steel SUS3 series materials.
④When the operating environment requires certain abrasion resistance and hardness for metal washers, please give priority to metal washer quenched products.
