Product Overview

Depending on the thickness and length, the hardness of hardened products made of general structural steel or carbon steel may be lower than 45HRC.
Hardened products made of austenitic stainless steel (E-FWSSSH) may be discolored due to hardening.

①Metal washer is a turned product, not a stamped part.
②When the relative humidity of the operating environment is high and certain anti-rust ability is required, please choose products with surface treatment of electroless nickel plating or products made of austenitic stainless steel.
③When the operating environment requires certain abrasion resistance and hardness for metal washers, please give priority to metal washer quenched products.
