    Steel Wire Roller Shutter

    ■Mechanism functions
    1. Open and close the shutter using a pneumatic cylinder.
    2. The lifting part on the side of the door guide is limited so that the shutter opens when the steel wire is pulled (in an attempt to improve operability).
      The lowering part is limited so that the shutter does not fall onto the small conveyor when the steel wire breaks.

    ■Function of guide rollers
    The entire cylinder stroke becomes 3 times the original stroke by the combined use of guide roller and steel wire.
