Rod is a basic material that is widely used in industrial factories. Tolerance of standard parts is also important to consider during the designing process because using standard parts will save both cost and time compared with the custom part. Misumi had prepared several tolerances for rod products that suit most machines h7, g6, m6, and p6. Rods from Misumi can also be ordered by specific diameter and length, increment by 0.1mm, Max length is up to 1,000mm, and Max diameter is 80 mm.
