Tape cutters and bag sealers are tools that are used to cut the required amount by setting a band-shaped adhesive tape, or to squeeze the bag opening for sealing. There are two types of tape cutters: a handy type that can be held by hand, and a stationary type that can be used by placing on a benchtop or floor.
