If pipe wrench is mounted diagonally or force is applied without checking the load first, wrench may slip, or break, or cause other disasters. Tighten while slowly checking the load. Working in areas with unstable footing can cause slipping, may cause falls. Confirm that you have a stable foothold which allows for work in a proper form. Do not apply force to pipe wrench on side. Do not attach pipes or apply excessive force oh handle. Do not apply impact by hitting with a hammer, etc.
