Cleaning Quill

[Features]
· Can be mounted to an existing machining center (BT/HSK holder type model with through coolant function)
· Housed in a magazine, is only mounted to the main spindle by ATC when in use, and is removed in the same way
· Head nozzle is variable from 0 to ±110° (stepless and fixed)
· Equipped with a fixed bar inside the machine for varying the nozzle angle, and the angle of the arm can be changed automatically when spindle operation X, Y or Z are used so that the arm makes contact with the fixed bar
· The tip nozzle can swing up to 110° on one side, allowing coolant to also be sprayed on the front side of the spindle
· Directly mounted on the spindle so it turns when the spindle rotates, allowing repeated spraying via the XY axis
· When using a horizontal machining center, chip removal is possible in an orthogonal direction with the nozzle at 90°
· Can be used from the day it is mounted without adding any modifications to the machining center (adjust the nozzle angle manually)
· Aim the coolant spray at flat sections, including the telescopic cover and machine cover inside the machining center, to provide effective machine maintenance
· Can be used for many types of chip shapes if the tip nozzle is replaced with a straight or diffusion nozzle (R1/8)
