    [Features]
    · Pellin-Broca prisms are a type of Brewster angle dispersing prism and have characteristic emission at a right angle in regard to the incident direction.
    · If irradiated using a YAG laser at Brewster's angle, it can split beams of fundamental (1,064 nm) and second harmonic (532 nm) waves.
    · Because Brewster's angle and a critical angle are used, there is no loss due to reflection and high transmittance can be obtained.
    · Because Pellin-Broca prisms are not coated, they can be used with high energy pulse lasers.
    · Used by aligning the YAG basic wavelength (invisible light) subjected to the prism or the angle (Brewster's angle) at which the light amount from the second-harmonic beam (green) is the smallest.
    · Convert so that the polarization direction of the laser beam is parallel with the bottom of the prism.
    · It can also be used for spectroscopy of Ar lasers with multiple wavelength oscillation.
    · * Emitted beams with UV wavelengths are outside Brewster's angle, causing reflection.
    · * Can be used as a non-polarizing light dispersing prism, but if light is not incident at Brewster's angle it will not be output at a right angle relative to the incident angle.
    · * Spectral diffraction is possible even with incidence of an S polarized laser beam, but there will be a reflection loss between the incident surface and the emitting surface.
    · * If fingerprints or grime adhere to the non-coated surface, total reflection or non-reflection will no longer be effective.
    · * During use, make sure that nothing makes contact with the non-coated surfaces.
    · * The actual measured A and B dimensions include chamfering and are slightly shorter.
    · * Dimension tolerance is defined by the intersection position of each surface excluding chamfering.
