fθ Laser Scanning Lens

[Features]
· The fθ lens uses a galvanometer mirror and polygon mirror and is used for two-dimensional scanning of laser beams.
· It is used for bar code readers, laser marking, laser microfabrication, etc.
· It converts the uniform velocity rotational motion of mirrors such as galvano mirrors to the uniform velocity linear motion of a spot moving on a focal plane, etc. using the distortion effect of the lens.
· A telecentric type that can irradiate perpendicularly to the focal plane surface is also available.
· fθ lenses for use with YAG lasers of fundamental (1,064 nm) and 6 nm, 355 nm, 532 nm) waves, as well as with CO2 lasers (9.3 to 10.6 μm) are available.
· * fθ lens is designed for a scanning type optical system and is not suitable for imaging systems.
· * Be sure to align the beam scanning system (galvano mirror) with the position of the entrance pupil of the fθ lens.
· * If the beam scanning system is not positioned at the entrance pupil, aberration increases and a good focused spot cannot be obtained.
