[Features]
· Label shape temperature control material that supports vacuum to be used in 1 Pa to normal pressure environment.
· Just by pasting the label to a part to control temperature, temperature can be controlled without wiring and power supply.
· At indicated temperature error, the indicated temperature part changes from light yellow to black irreversibly, and the temperature history can be checked.
· Under reduced pressure, measurement is possible with the changed color temperature ±2℃ to 4℃.
· To restrict out gassing from the label, low out gassing material is used for the structure materials.
· Suitable for temperature control at sputtering, vacuum deposition and processing time.
