About The LPC Measurement Of This Product

The purpose of the evaluation is to measure residual particles after washing.

Evaluation Method

  1. 1.Sample pure water into a beaker, and perform LPC measurement (BG value).
  2. 2.Load the beaker into the product being measured, and perform LPC measurement (actual measured value).
  3. 3.Subtract the BG value from the actual measured value to get the determination value.

Measurement Conditions

  1. 1.For the amount of water to measure, use 10 cc 3 times and take the average value.
  2. 2.The measurement site conditions must be a Class 100 cleanroom.
