· Made of Semiplast A (PFA).
· Storable quantity: 50/60MASK = 25 pcs, 100/125MASK = 20 pcs.
· Groove pitch: 50/60MASK: 4.76 mm, 100/125MASK: 6.35 mm.
[Applications]
· Carrier for mask glass processing, processing of quartz substrate, liquid crystal, and hybrid substrate.
