    • Economical specifications with 8 corners on front and back (16 corners in total). Maximum notch 3.5 mm
    • Surface roughness is improved by the shape of the wiper edge. Wiper edge = 2 mm
    • It is possible to suppress variations by matching the numbers of each insert.

    Roughing process of hydraulic valve parts
    The workpiece shape had many holes so a severe intermittent processing was required. Stable machining was possible even under high-speed conditions in such a machining environment, the durability per corner has been greatly improved, and now cost reduction can be expected.
