The handle is made of aluminum making it lightweight. Has anodized aluminum coating in addition for extremely clean appearance. Blade uses precision forged special steel designed for blades. Bolt on blade uses chromium molybdenum steel to prevent center nut from loosening which could cause wobbliness.
