・ Due to the effect of the "cutting chip groove" formed in the center of the chip breaker, the chip outflow direction can be controlled, and good cutting chip can be obtained.
・ Optimum machining is realized under various work materials and conditions by using 3 types of chip breakers for different applications. Supports various machining such as hole expansion, counterbore machining, outer diameter turning and inner diameter boring.
・ By adopting inserts for both center blade and outer peripheral blade, a total of 4 corners of 2 center blades and 2 outer peripheral blades can be used, demonstrating excellent cost-effectiveness.
