Global standard cable, KMTW series

:
KURAMO ELECTRIC
- [End of standard certification applicability] For this product, the TR-CU (Customs Union Technical Regulations), for which we had previously obtained certification, has become difficult to renew due to recent international circumstances. Although "EAC" is indicated in the manufacturer catalog, it is not applicable. Thank you for your understanding.
- [Product Cross-Section Specification Change]
Starting with production in September 2025, due to the manufacturer's equipment operations, both green-based and yellow-based cross-sectional color types of the following model will be mixed.
Model: CE-KMTW-6SQ-GY
However, there will be no change in the external appearance of the wire core (green 60: yellow 40), and there will be no impact on product performance or applicable standards. Thank you for your understanding.

When fixed: Recommended at least 6 times the cable outer diameter
About allowable current
- The allowable current value is the calculated value when the ambient temperature is 30°C and a single cable is laid in the air. It is not a guaranteed value.
- For ambient temperatures above 30°C, multiply the values in the table by the following current reduction factors:
- The allowable current value is a value calculated according to JCS0168 and is not a guaranteed value.
- In Europe, there is a standard "IEC 60364-5-52" regarding the allowable current of wiring systems for electrical equipment in buildings. Please refer to it.
- In the United States, allowable current values and temperature reduction factors are stipulated in the national electrical standard for industrial machinery (NFPA79), so please refer to them.
JCS0168: The Japanese Electric Wire & Cable Makers' Association standard "Calculation of allowable current for power cable of 33 kV or less"
Current Reduction Factor Table
