Loading the terminal section with adhesive prevents dust or gas from affecting the internals in this terminal adhesive type. We have a full lineup of fully waterproof, environmentally-resistant switches. Use them for equipment used outdoors or in harsh environments.

The sealed type with lines provides a cover over the shielded terminal section, with adhesive added to keep dust, gas, water, or oil from entering.
· IP67 on panel surfaces; IP60 within panel internals.
· The contacts use a forced-open mechanism for excellent weld resistance (WT-11/12/21/22 type).
· An anti-bounce mechanism in the switch provides for stable switching and high contact reliability.
· An anti-lever drop mechanism provides for high waterproofing and a light control feel.
· The panel mount and housing are integrated to be even more waterproof.
· The cases are made of UL94V-0-approved plastic (self-extinguishing properties) that also features excellent arc and tracking resistance.
· Waterproof cap accessories (AT-401, AT-4181) are available.
· We recommend using with the waterproof cap if dirt, oil, etc. accumulates around the movable parts of the panel surface.
