The product has been used in a wide variety of factory automation equipment, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
(Insulation resistance) It was 2,000 MΩ or more when the insulation resistance between the closest conductors was measured at the specified voltage.
(Withstand voltage) No abnormality such as a short-circuit occurred when the specified voltage was applied between the closest conductors for 1 minute.
(Contact resistance) The conductor resistance when a pair of contacts was connected to the regular length was 3 mΩ or less.
(Vibration resistance) In a vibration test, no functional hindrance was observed, and the contact resistance was 3 mΩ or less.
(Impact) In an impact test, no functional hindrance was observed, and the contact resistance was 3 mΩ or less.
(Humidity resistance) After a humidity test, no functional hindrance was observed, and the insulation resistance was 10 MΩ or more.
(Temperature cycle) After a temperature cycle test, no functional hindrance was observed, and the insulation resistance was 2,000 MΩ or more.
(Salt spray) After a salt spray test, no functional hindrance was observed, and the contact resistance was 3 mΩ or less.
