Electric Slider, EZS Series
The EZS Series is a compact, high stiffness, electric slider with a simple dust-proof structure.
Equipped with AlphaStep AZ Series and AR Series motors. Delivers the high response, low vibration, and no hunting operation unique to stepper motors in an electric slider.

- The above figure shows the cleanroom-compatible version. There is no suction fitting for the straight type.
