· Belt and pulley mesh properly, and number of rotations and movement amounts can be obtained just as calculated.
· No metal-to-metal contact, so no lubrication equipment is not required.
· High initial tension not required, so bearings and motors can be made small.
· In addition to the standard specification, the next special specification synchro belt is being created.
· Synchro belt for high loads (for high-load transmission…XH, XXH type).
· An oil-resistant synchro belt (for use in places exposed to large amounts of oil).
· A heat-resistant synchro belt (for use in places 90°C to 120°C).
· Synchro belt with high electrical resistance (for when insulating property of 100MΩ or greater is required.
