Cautions/prohibitions
Precautions Regarding Products Using Heat Resistant Non-Asbestos Packing Supplied by ONDA MFG.
1. It cannot be used for air piping because there is a possibility of infiltration leakage (minor leakage) due to insufficient tightening surface pressure of the packing.
2. Due to the gasket seal structure, when using at high temperatures, retighten the union nut after the temperature rises.
3. Packing is a consumable part. Please install it in a place where it can be inspected and replaced.
4. Please install so that piping stress is not applied to the packing part and that it is not unevenly tightened.
5. The table below shows the recommended tightening torque without taking into account bending, etc., of the pipe.
Tightening torque of the heat resistant non-asbestos packing supplied by ONDA MFG.
