Ceramic Bolt - SCX-H/SCX-C

· A ceramic screw with a high alumina purity of 99.5%.
· Can be used continuously at 1500°C.
· SCX-C...A hexagonal socket head bolt.
· SCX-H...A hexagon head bolt.
· Excellent heat and chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties.
· For chemical resistance applications in FPD manufacturing equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, PCB etching equipment, metal surface treatment facilities, and chemical plants etc.
· For electrical and electronic fields such as transformers and computer equipment, etc.
· Material and Finish: Al203 (99.5% alumina).

Usage Precautions
- Use a torque screwdriver or torque wrench to tighten the ceramic screws so that the torsional breaking torque in the table is not exceeded. The recommended torque is 50% of the torsional breaking torque.
- The values in the table are reference values, not guaranteed values.
- It may be damaged by impact. Handle with care.
