Product Overview

Polycarbonate is a synthetic resin in which polymer units are linked through carbonate groups that are heat-resistant, impact-resistant and have good optical properties.
Antistatic PC sheet is a thermoplastic polymer coated with an anti-static layer.
Can be easily processed by laser cutting machines, CNC, bending and drilling machine without melting, cracking.
Product origin: Made in Korea
RoHs 10 is available.

Product Features

- High transparency, weather resistance, chemical resistance, and be processed easily. 
- Impact resistance: 250 times more durable than glass, and 40 times more durable than Mica PMMA
- Fire resistance: does not create flames, heat resistance up to 140ºC
- Antistatic: 10^6-10^9
- Fire-proof: UL94V2
- Excellent sound insulation

- Light transmission is up to 80~92%
- Smooth surface with no crash, roughness, and bubble
- Antistatic PC surface is protected by a transparent film
[APPLICATION]  Misumi Antistatic PC sheets are used in various indoor and outdoor purposes, such as covers for industrial machinery, socket and plug, shields, safety guards, walls, etc.
